  11. I recently bought a used Sportster 14.4 external (8 mo. old) with product code
  12. 1444 advertised as a FAX modem.

  14. Could someone please do an ATi0 and tell me what you get for a product code
  15. and if yours is a FAX modem. Mine gives 1444 (NOT a 3-digit code like the
  16. manual says).

  18. It responds with an error to an AT+CLASS? command which is supposed to work on
  19. a FAX modem.
